The Labeda Addicition wheel offers a new concept in wheel making. The Addiction wheel is an indoor wheel designed for tile surfaces (ie Sport Court), but it has an outer urethane hardness between 83-86A! That's right, an indoor wheel with an outer hardness harder than most outdoor wheels. So you know the durability and the speed is going to be incredible with these wheels and they should be at this price. The question is though, how's the grip? Well, that's where Labeda's top secret urethane combinations and inner core design take over and deliver unbelieved grip. These Addiction hockey wheels grip more than some of the softest wheels on the market! The Labeda Addiction wheel offers unsurpassed, all-around speed and grip.

High durometer urethane outer layer creates abrasion resistance for incredible wear

High durometer, high rebound urethane speed ring increases roll for maximum speed

Flex core urethane allows the wheel to flex to maximize the outer layers footprint (contact with the floor) when side loaded and spring back to its designated points for ultimate grip

"The best wheel there is* *Addictions are an expensive habit. They are, in my opinion, the least hardy wheel out there in terms of splits and chunking, and they are expensive. Suited really to only the smoothest of indoors surfaces. There's a reason they're expensive, although to be fair I was very pleasantly surprised to find them in the UK at a relative bargain price given I usually have to get them from the States. I have tried Revisions top-tier wheel as well as Rink Rats, and most recently the Konixx Pure. If you're the type of skater who can feel wheel compression and flex, and can use that loading, then there simply is no other wheel like this. Sure, there are wheels that grip as well, and last longer, but I haven't found a wheel that you can push into just that tiny bit harder. The only wheel i have been able to get even remotely close to ice performance in terms of small lateral slides amidst high speed strides without sacrificing too much pace. This I attribute to the rebound, or release of compression. I wish I could find an alternative that cost less, and didn't need replacing quite so often, but ultimately the tactile feedback these wheels offer me means I willingly hand my money over [again]"
